Wild Mob Labour Hire is a proudly Indigenous owned and operated, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers and forging pathways to sustainable employment.
Founded by brothers Cameron, Jake and Mitch Wild, a Wiradjuri family with extensive industry experience, primarily the Civil Construction Industry.
Our approach is a focus on creating long lasting careers, not just jobs. We understand that employment is about more than just earning a pay check, it’s about providing stability, opportunities for growth, and a sense of purpose. That’s why we invest in our workers, offering support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles and beyond.
THE WIRADJURI NATION TOTEM
GOANNA (GUGAA)
The name Wiradjuri means ‘people of the three rivers’, traditionally these three rivers (Murrumbidgee, kalari, and Wambool) were the primary source of food for the Wiradjuri people.
The Gugaa (Goanna) is the overarching totem for the Wiradjuri Nation and is the symbol that connects all people, past and present of the Wiradjuri land.

Mitchell Wild is one of the co-founders of Wild Mob. He is 1 of 5 brothers and belongs to the Wiradjuri tribe. Mitchell is an A grade electrician with over 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
As a director at Wild Mob, Mitchell’s focus is creating a safe working environment for our team always.

Jake was born and raised in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Completing his entire schooling in his home town. During this time, Jake immersed himself into the community through sport, culture and volunteer work. Since completing school, Jake has over 10 years worth of experience in the construction industry including Civil Construction and Electrical work.
Jake stands out when it comes to leadership and management skills.
As a General Manager, he ensures that the company develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders. Whilst also driving the company to achieve its goals.

Cameron Wild is the co-founder and Managing Director of Wild Mob. Cameron is a Wiradjuri man with over 5 years experience in the civil construction industry.
Cameron has a strong community connection which he has developed through years of football in various teams.
As one of the directors at Wild Mob, Cameron wants to support the business and its clients by working in unison with one another.
